In the present day, many organizations lean towards transformation. We think about process  transformation, business model change, and digital transformation due to the expanding online services. Any of these transformations require a big movement through cultural change, which means an organization that desires to adopt automation will face challenges that require a disciplined approach to  identify and automate as much of their process as possible. The blueprint can be more  accurate once the organization collects the raw data from the robotic process automation and business process automation.

It is also beneficial feedback for  the enhancement of the next automation project.
