In the present day, many organizations lean towards transformation. We think about process  transformation, business model change, and digital transformation due to the expanding online services. Any of these transformations require a big movement through cultural change, which means an organization that desires to adopt automation will face challenges that require a disciplined approach to  identify and automate as much of their process as possible. The roadmap to hyper-automation is an imperative part for digital transformation. In every organization evolving through these journeys, automation is crucial part of it. Technical subject matter professionals always have been developing and  learning within the organization. As we see during these transformation experiences, three pillars of any transformation journey are people, technology, and process. Organizations will be successful in terms of transformation once they have a better way of consolidating these three pillars within the specific structured process framework. I believe automation and artificial intelligence is the biggest focus area, and most organization globally already considered stepping up to the next maturity level. One of these insights is hyper-automation, which is increasing the automation of business process such as  operation workflow, production chains, and so on.

The following technology is forced to be implemented on demand by organizations that focus on  automation to accelerate services and optimize technology to bring tremendous value.

1. Robotic process automation.

2. Intelligent business process management.

3. Continued Machine learning and Artificial intelligence.

4. Advanced analytics and data driven decisions.

5. Adoption of new process that made by automation.

" Organizations will be successful in terms of transformation once they have a better way of consolidating these three pillars within the specific structured process framework "

1. Implementing robotic process automation. Many successful organizations in terms of expanding  online services, start doing automation in areas where employees spend more time in operational  work, mostly repetitive tasks, daily to provide customer services. Identifying processes that can be automated is an essential part of an accurate starting point. The most repetitive tasks can be identified from the back office. Balance operational costs are crucial considerations during a high cost of technical debts.

2. Intelligent business process management. Many global best practices are spread around the world, and successful is depending on their strategic roadmap execution. A combination of robotic process  automation and intelligent business process can be made crucial data which may be used for the next level of hyper-automation.

3. Continued Machine learning and Artificial intelligence. In my point of view, the most charming and  interesting part is ML and AI. It will be enabled by a sophisticated approach that is aligned with your  organizational goal. It means that the vision of these technology usages is a crucial part to establish a  suitable environment where machines can learn inside it continuously. The blueprint can be more  accurate once the organization collects the raw data from the robotic process automation and business process automation.

4. Advanced analytics and data driven decisions. One step near to reaching the target or another big step close to seeing the optimization of technology. It is also beneficial feedback for  the enhancement of the next automation project. The reason for analytics is to create machines that provide suitable data to make decisions and solve problems by human logical thinking. The  appropriate data is a set of technologies that make it possible to store, analyze, and manage various abundant data to be produced in order to identify patterns and create optimal result.

5. Adoption of new process. I believe that many organizations may face this adoption. Fairly, it is one of  the challenges that an organization must face if it is in proper way of implementing hyper-automation.  It is the most important part required to adopt automation in the right way. This means that developing personnel and providing training is required for the next generation of skills.

Long story short, a combination of three pillars always requires accurate strategic execution among  those five technologies mandatory to develop the optimal goal of an organization that desires  to be innovative.

The rise of automation is a hyper-automation that includes AI-powered robots and other automation  technologies. It will affect the industry in the nearest future, enabling automation alongside human operations to increase efficiency.
